Prints and framed works are packaged and delivered flat.
Larger works on paper (unframed) are delivered rolled in a postage tube.
All prints are signed and numbered, and all original pieces include card of authenticity.
We put great care into the crafting and production of each piece, and take every consideration to ensure your item is shipped to you undamaged. Please see our returns policy for damage incurred by postal services.
We recommend keeping works on paper away from harsh sunlight as it can damage the delicate dotwork.
Works on found objects or in frames can be maintained and cleaned with a gentle dusting cloth.
All framed works are professionally framed using mount boards and semi-matte glass.
FAULTS OR DAMAGE
In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please notify us immediately here or directly at email@example.com so we can arrange a replacement. Damage incurred by postal services cannot be refunded.
International buyers please note - import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to purchase.
CHANGE OF MIND
We cannot provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem or is significantly different from the sample or description. Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.

Services rendered by Alexia Brehas require an initial deposit at the start of the project which cannot be refunded. We maintain that after an initial free consultancy has been undertaken and the extensive terms of service available on this site have been read, the client is equipped with enough information to pursue a Service. If you no longer require the use of our Services a cancellation fee also applies. Extreme circumstances (failure of Alexia to deliver a Service at the agreed upon timeframe; illnesses, death, or extreme personal circumstances) are the only exception and if you would like to dispute a Service please contact her directly here.
